Thank you for your interest in Stanford. Please join us for Community Conversations is a series of virtual information sessions providing culturally inclusive and relevant information to students about Stanford’s admission process, campus community centers, and our diverse student body. The sessions will take place between September 27 and October 20.

Community Conversations are open to students of ALL backgrounds, regardless of how they may identify. We especially encourage participants from traditionally underrepresented groups, including Black/African Americans, Hispanic/Latinx, Native Americans/Alaska Native, Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islander Americans, LGBTQ+, and first-generation and/or low-income college students.

Women's Community Center (WCC) facilitates scholarship, leadership, and activism. This is through a wide variety of programming and services that includes student leadership training, the yearly Stanford Women's Leadership Conference, and career development services. Working closely with the Feminist Studies Program, SWCC sponsors the annual Michelle Zimbalist Rosaldo and Francisco Lopes essay competitions in social sciences and humanities. The Center also collaborates with the Society of Women Engineers to provide free on-site tutoring.
